About Me

Through my art, I strive to create a better world and open a dialogue that transcends borders and cultures, inviting viewers to reflect on their own experiences and the shared human condition. Each stroke of the brush is a testament to my belief in the transformative power of art, capable of bridging divides and fostering understanding. I am dedicated to exploring themes of identity, resilience, and the beauty of diversity, celebrating the rich tapestry of African heritage while addressing contemporary issues that resonate globally. My journey as an artist is not just about personal expression but also about contributing to a larger narrative that inspires change and uplifts the human spirit.

My Story

Painting My Dreams

Passionate, I am in constant evolution, and in permanent exploration of the various techniques. Whether I am in my studio or en plein air I always keep my acrylic, watercolor and oil painting ready. I exploit either combined in mixed technique or alone for each of them and that on canvas most often, or sometimes on paper. Majority of my artworks are inspired by vivid images or sparks of ideas that come to me in my dreams at night. I dream of it and them carrie my dream message translating it onto canvas.

The knowledge and experience acquired during my apprenticeship through art school and workshops. Currently allow me to paint either directly and intuitively without a preliminary draft.  The ideas that come to mind., for subjects of a historical nature or which prove to be much more laborious, and that according to my requirements relating to this subject. I sometimes have processes by an approach or a documentary method consisting in particular of However can here and there in the magazines, in newspapers, books, television, Internet and social networks of images and information that I process, reproduce and transform according to my imagination and reflection.

Atrocities, conflicts, wars, hatred, scarcity and discrimination, more than ever, unfortunately make the headlines and the daily lives of many people around the world, and people find themselves in despair, fearing the future which, for them, looks very dark. Having the values of tranquility, peace, love, fraternity, respect and justice. Convinced that the human species is fundamentally better than one might think, strongly weighted by the idea that humanity could do better than the odious spectacle it offers us.  I try through my paintings to raise awareness humanity in this sense and try to bring a message of hope to all those affected by these misdeeds mentioned above.
